If I could give Priority Cremation six stars I would. My brother died in the early morning hours of New Year's Day, the beginning of a four day holiday weekend. I called several mortuaries and cremation services, but it was difficult to reach anyone because they were closed for the holiday. Megan from Priority was there and available for me both on Thursday and Friday, when others were not. She made this emotionally difficult process easy. Furthermore, my brother passed away in a hospital far from my home. I was able to handle the necessary paperwork with Priority through DocuSign. Megan communicated with texted updates on the progress of this process. My brother's ashes were personally delivered to me by John in only a week. His remains are going to be scattered at sea, so Priority placed the ashes in a beautiful cardboard tube.
