I was originally considering using Priority Cremation, but after visiting the location, I didn't feel comfortable with the overall space--both inside the facility and in the surrounding area. The parking situation was quite limited, which made the visit feel a bit stressful from the start. Once inside, the room we were shown felt very small and confined, almost as if we were being closed in a closet. The lack of openness and the feeling of being crowded made the environment overwhelming rather than calming, especially given the sensitive nature of the services being discussed. Because of this, I ultimately didn't feel that it was the right setting for me or my family. read more

If I could give Priority Cremation six stars I would. My brother died in the early morning hours of New Year's Day, the beginning of a four day holiday weekend. I called several mortuaries and cremation services, but it was difficult to reach anyone because they were closed for the holiday. Megan from Priority was there and available for me both on Thursday and Friday, when others were not. She made this emotionally difficult process easy. Furthermore, my brother passed away in a hospital far from my home. I was able to handle the necessary paperwork with Priority through DocuSign. Megan communicated with texted updates on the progress of this process. My brother's ashes were personally delivered to me by John in only a week. His remains are going to be scattered at sea, so Priority placed the ashes in a beautiful cardboard tube.
