I can't speak about any nail tech but Kathy. She's been doing my nails for 3 years now and she does a great job with shaping my nails. The wait time can be LONG, so if you can, book an appointment. I see a lot of walk in people getting mad about waiting when she's working on people who booked this time with her days ago. If your time is short, please just call ahead and solidify your spot. I gave this place four stars because Kathy, Tony and Kim do a great job on nails and pedicures, but I cannot speak for the other techs and the wait time can be long, I've waited almost 2 hours once (last time I ever did a walk in). read more
