Not impressed with how my nails turned out. The pedicure was awesome and the young lady was so gentle and nice, but the lady who did my fill seemed to be in a rush. Didn't conversate with me at all and my nails came out uneven in the shape and some are longer than others. Would consider going back if other nail techs are available. I can't speak about any nail tech but Kathy. She's been doing my nails for 3 years now and she does a great job with shaping my nails. The wait time can be LONG, so if you can, book an appointment. I see a lot of walk in people getting mad about waiting when she's working on people who booked this time with her days ago. If your time is short, please just call ahead and solidify your spot. I gave this place four stars because Kathy, Tony and Kim do a great job on nails and pedicures, but I cannot speak for the other techs and the wait time can be long, I've waited almost 2 hours once (last time I ever did a walk in). read more

The review L.S. just posted is false. I was just there as she came in without an appointment asking to get her eye brows waxed. I was there with 2 other women getting pedis. Kathy advised her that she would be with L.S. in about 20 minutes as every technician was busy. This woman got up after waiting 20 minutes and yelled "thanks for nothing" and tried slamming their door. Kathy told her that they would be with her shortly to which L.S. yelled "whatever bitch" and then stormed off. Please do not take what L.S. said as accurate. I have never seen such childish entitlement from a woman of her age before. Truly hideous behavior. Her review is not a genuine reflection of this business and should be removed. read more

I'm not sure why this place has such poor reviews. I came in and they were able to see me right away. I found everyone to be super nice and welcoming. They did a great job on my nails and were focused on making sure they looked perfect. The place had a bunch of very nice pedicure chairs and two cute children pedicure chairs. I got a gel manicure and pedicure for $60 which I thought was very reasonably priced. Great selection of gel polish colors as well. I will be coming back for sure. Thanks!! read more

Worst mani pedi I have ever had. I'm visiting my sister here in Springfield from Orange County California, we wanted to get our nails done and this salon is close to her house. We walked in and got in quickly which was the best thing about this visit. My sisters nail technician didn't even trim her nails, she has 1 short nail and the rest long, the nail polish is spotty and one toe nail polish is already completely off and we left the salon literally 3 hours ago. Her nail beds still have cuticles and she has several hang nails still on her fingers. Polish also doesn't even cover entire nail. My nail technician looked like he hated his job. I manage a hair salon, I understand you can have a bad day but come on bud fake it till you make it. My nail polish is also spotted and doesn't cover the entire nail also, I still have a ton of cuticles too. The massage was about 30-60 seconds long with enough lotion to moisturize his own hands. Also was charged $36 when their price list says it was supposed to be $35, and they verbally told us it was $35. We will never return here or recommend it to any one. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!!! Update: One day after I got my nails done, thumb nail polish is completely off read more

I've been going to this salon for many years. The biggest reason is it's cheap and they take walk-ins. You get what you pay for, folks! Since the new owners took over about a year (or two ago) things have been going downhill for me. Unless you get "Kathy" expect to be treated with indifference and boredom. I usually get the older gentleman and he has injured me the last three times I've gone to him. Since I usually just drop in, I get who is available and it's nearly always him. The first two times he filed into my cuticles and made them bleed. The last time he used the grinder under my nails and he ground into the top of my finger. When I winced and pulled my hand back, he was very surprised -almost as though he didn't believe he'd done it and I made it up! Yeah, I can make myself bleed spontaneously; can't we all? Even after that, I was charged 6 dollars more than I normally pay! Three time's a charm, Pro-Nails. I'm never coming back. Convenience and cheap don't cut it anymore. read more

Save your $$ they used the wrong acrylic color. I said I wanted clear acrylic with no polish. This is without polish... I asked why my nails are pink and she said that's the color of the acrylic??? I have never had a worse manicure pedicure. The file job was jagged and rough, exfoliation on feet was minimal. Polish looked like a child did it, I had to have the tech do it twice before I gave up and called it good enough. After letting them "dry" there I returned home to see that they are already peeling off. They were dry to the touch but rubbery almost like the polish was old and did not adhere. I took my 92 year old mother there this morning to get her toenails and fingernails done. The tech was very quiet, although I'm sure he speaks English. There was no communication problem. When I walked in, it was about 10:30 am and there was only one customer. Mom was up in a chair in no time, and so I went to sit on the uncomfortable waiting area to wait. He did a great job! Moms nails look good, he didn't hurt her and she was happy. Will return.....but bring my own reading material. read more

Very disappointed!! Got a basic gel fill that was bumpy and tips of nails were crooked and jagged. Had made appointments to get designs for a trip to Disneyland, showed pics of what we wanted and was told they could do it. When we got there we were told they couldn't do it. The reviews hold true. I went as a walk-in and my experience was sub-par. I asked for a French gel manicure and she only asked me twice what I thought of them the whole time. She kept saying perfect, perfect but I didn't see what she was talking about until she went on to the next hand. I asked for the lines to be made thinner and she didn't understand and just added another coat. I asked again and she said she would fix it later. With gel polish that is not really possible. The white lines are wobbly and not straight across. Not worth the $35 charged. read more

This is my first time giving a review. Last time I had a guy name Prescot do my gel manicure. He did a fabulous job, and the gel lasted me about 3 weeks! The entire manicure he socialized with me and I liked it. I went in the second time, and I ended up with a woman that did my manicure. She did an okay job but the polish was bumpy for some reason. She didn't really socialize at all, I guess she wasn't from here. Also, she charged me an extra $1 for the nail files when I already brought one with me. read more

The previous owners, I had gone to for many years but was just getting ready to go somewhere else because the nails lifted so much after just two weeks of a fill. Now I can go a month before a fill and my nails never lift! I would give 5 stars but the new owners do not keep the place very clean compared to the previous owners. Had an appt scheduled but felt like it was a rush job. Manicure was a Sloppy polish application, one coat, no cuticles cut and cleaned, lasted two days. Pedicure a bit better but slapped on lotion no massage of legs and feet. Would rather pay more for better service. Man coughed in face while doing manicure of other client. Wax job in back room was not sanitary. Used the same stick in wax multiple times and had another employee sitting in the room while I was having my face waxed. Didn't feel like cleanliness was what should be for pedi bowls. Watched them rush to clean out after clients but didn't use cleanser. read more

I want to stress how patient I was with this business. In June I had them apply a set of acrylic nails. Every 2 weeks I came in for a "fill". I was passed from person to person and sometime rushed through although there was no other client waiting. At times the person was very rough with their little "Dremel" tool and left my cuticles bleeding. they seem like nice folks and I tried to give them my business. It is now mid-December and today I decided to have the acrylic nails removed - my natural nails had grown out to beyond the tips of my fingers. I asked for a manicure with clear polish. The removal job was horrible. After the acrylics were removed she cut my natural nails down into the "quick" and left them horribly jagged and uneven. Two of them are bleeding. On 3 of my nails she cut them down the side into the flesh leaving a big jagged missing side to the nail. There is not even one of my nails that is close (within 1/4 inch) of the end of my finger. They are all sore and look awful. My hands look like I have been in an accident with a meat grinder. This is the first negative review I have ever written -- I like to support local businesses. However I strongly recommend that if you are considering a nail service that you choose another business or you may suffer unwanted consequences. I am so sorry I gave them my business for over 6 months hoping that they would improve. read more

Had an appt but go still got a rush job. They don't take time to sanitize anything before the next client. They were going to have me put my feet on a towel they had used on another client. Then they got upset when i asked for a new towel to be put down. the design on my toes were different on both feet one looked like a flower that i asked for the other looked like only god knows what. when i pointed this out to the woman, she tried to fix it but it still wouldn't have looked like a flower i had her just redo it all. I should have walked out but i got my nails done the guy who was doing my nails dropped his kit of tools and picked them up and put them back into the box i was so happy i was leaving and as i was paying another women walked in to get her nails done and he had her sit right down with out putting the tools into a cleaning solution and started working on her nails. i will never go back read more
