If I could rate this business less than one star I certainly would. I googled hair salons near me and Process had a pretty good review average so I called to ask if they had any stylist that were talented with blonde hair and blending layers well. I was told by the receptionist they all were. She booked me with Raquel. A few days later she called back and said Raquel wouldn't be there during my appt and she put me with Lexie later in the day. I arrived 20 minutes early and was excited about a quality cut with her. The receptionist was polite and asked me to fill out a questionnaire so my stylist could get to know me. Once Lexie took me back it was apparent that she had NOT read the questionnaire at all and in fact it felt like Lexie didn't like her job or didn't want to be there. At one point I wondered if maybe she was on something because of the way she was answering/not answering my questions. She applied at least 4 different products to my hair for a cut. Her idea of layering blonde hair is to thin it out instead of making good cuts. After she awkwardly dried my hair on the HOT setting, she tried to get out the thinning shears and I ended the appointment then. When I got to the front the receptionist asked me how it was and I said, "Not good. I will not be coming back, not to see Lexie at least." She said, "I'm sorry to hear that." and immediately asked for payment and that was the end of the conversation. I took photos as soon as I got home that reflect the cut, blow dry, and style Lexie did. I took them in different lighting as well to give as clear a view as possible. I am actually in shock at how bad the experience was at this salon. Not only was my stylist incompetent but the receptionist failed miserably at customer service. If you are looking for even a decent hair salon, I recommend you look elsewhere!! read more
