I was craving a Vietnamese sandwich for breakfast and decided to stop by Project BMB. I've always loved their egg sandwiches. What I forgot is that on weekends they roll out exclusive items like spring rolls, egg rolls, and puff pastries. They even had a special: buy 4, get 1 free. (Not pictured are the egg roll and puff pastry.) The puff pastry comes in either pork or chicken, I went with pork. It had quite a bit of onion, but the flavor was still really savory. The spring rolls were tasty too, though a little on the smaller side. The star of the visit, though, was the Saigon coffee. It's Vietnamese-style coffee made with espresso and sugar, and wow! It was STRONG. Highly recommend if you're a coffee lover. Service was great. The cashier was super sweet. Plus, when I came right at opening (11am on Saturday), it wasn't busy at all, which was a nice bonus. read more
