Tim was incredibly thorough and informed. We've had some mice spotted in all three of the units in our building. We did a walk through of the house and he pointed out all the areas that they could potentially be coming in from. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they did the work same day. They used quick cement, sheet metal and other solid material that would ensure the mice couldn't chew through. He even went the extra mile and helped me set a bunch of traps (indoors and outdoors) and provided advice to minimize attraction for mice.
