We slept so much better last night and it's all because of Chelsea and Edwin! We had a crazy 72 hours at our home in Seven Hills. We found a mouse at the front door and several roaches inside the house and a spider even crawled across my man's face in our movie theater and then to top it all off my oldest son found a scorpion trying to crawl across this foot as he walked to his bedroom door. I can live with roaches and I can live with spiders but I'm not a fan of wild mice and I'm especially not happy to find a scorpion that when we searched online turned out to be one of the most deadly scorpions in North America. I jumped on yelp at 11:30 PM and saw the reviews for Provisions Pest control and immediately emailed them from their website telling them of our horrible 72 hours. And the next day I had a pleasant phone call with Chelsea who immediately contacted Edwin and he was at our home by 2:30 PM going over the whole house thoroughly. I can't say enough about how prompt they responded and how kind they were to fit us in the very same day! Edwin patiently walked through the home with me and took a look at the scorpion that we had captured. He let me know that I was indeed right, it was a bark scorpion and because it was so tiny it was certainly more venomous because it was too young to under stand how to control its venom. He carefully explained to me what the boys and I could do to stay safe in our home. We plotted out the next six months of when they will be coming to our home to keep us bug free during the crazy Nevada summer. read more
