We slept so much better last night and it's all because of Chelsea and Edwin! We had a crazy 72 hours at our home in Seven Hills. We found a mouse at the front door and several roaches inside the house and a spider even crawled across my man's face in our movie theater and then to top it all off my oldest son found a scorpion trying to crawl across this foot as he walked to his bedroom door. I can live with roaches and I can live with spiders but I'm not a fan of wild mice and I'm especially not happy to find a scorpion that when we searched online turned out to be one of the most deadly scorpions in North America. I jumped on yelp at 11:30 PM and saw the reviews for Provisions Pest control and immediately emailed them from their website telling them of our horrible 72 hours. And the next day I had a pleasant phone call with Chelsea who immediately contacted Edwin and he was at our home by 2:30 PM going over the whole house thoroughly. I can't say enough about how prompt they responded and how kind they were to fit us in the very same day! Edwin patiently walked through the home with me and took a look at the scorpion that we had captured. He let me know that I was indeed right, it was a bark scorpion and because it was so tiny it was certainly more venomous because it was too young to under stand how to control its venom. He carefully explained to me what the boys and I could do to stay safe in our home. They worked hard to find a time to squeeze me in. It was very last minute, and I appreciated them helping me. Since then, they have continued to show me their great customer service. He sprayed all around the house. When he came inside, he put on shoe covers and sprayed every nook and cranny inside the house. When I called I had to leave a message, usually I'm the type of person to call around till I actually get someone on the line but because of the consistent 5 star reviews I decided to wait. And I'm glad I did! Chelsea called me back a couple hours later to find out what the problem was and I told her we had ants everywhere. She said she would call a tech and see if they would be able to come out although probably not that day since they were booked up and she would call me back. She called back almost immediately and said someone would be over in a couple hours between 11 and 1, Edwin was here at 11:15! Edwin was very nice and professional, even though they had to squeeze us into their schedule I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next job. He took his time setting out ant bait then sprayed inside and outside of the house. He explained it might take a couple days for the ants to die off after they took the bait back to their nest. Well a few hours later I saw no ants anywhere and they haven't been back since. Also the outdoor pests were piling up outside. I also appreciate that they don't make you sign a contract and there are no initial fees, it's a straight up very affordable monthly fee that I will be happy to pay from now on. Our pest problems from before have greatly decreased to the point where they are rare occurrences. If we ever had a problem Edwin would come out in between monthly services for free. After being with Provisions for awhile this was the first time during my summer in Vegas where I didn't see a cockroach running around in my room and I've lived in my townhouse for over 13 years. I got this service when I moved into my current home three years ago and set a monthly service with them. At first they left a business card on my front door every month when they came by with the date and time of the service. Then I believe they changed which service guy was going to my home and the cards stopped appearing on my door. The other day I saw a bug in my home so I decided to check my cameras on the outside of my home that I installed over six months ago. They are set to record any motion. I did not find any camera footage of their service guy spraying my home at all for the last three months. My girlfriend is also home most of the day and she hasn't seen anyone spray either. When I called them on it they refused to emit their fraud. I then canceled their service and do not recommend anyone to trust or use them. read more

I've been using provisions now for around a year now and am super happy with the results. I bought a brand new home in Henderson close to the side of a mountain and man was I surprised with the number little crickets that kept popping up, plus the occasional cockroach (blech!!). As soon as provisions started spraying, no problems, especially now that I've had them spraying my property inside and out thru all the seasons I'm super happy with not a single 'visitor' anymore. If I ever did see anything, I'd just call or text and they'd be out usually the same day to give the house another once over for me. Also, I have a new puppy and 12 year old son, and the chemicals used are pet and child safe. We started using Provisions due to our friend moving out of state. So, we called around a few places and Edwin got back to me quickly and came out a few days later to explain their process and how they treat homes.
