Mike at Pure Grooming continues to do a wonderful job with my dog, Serena. Serena has been groomed by Mike for over 10 years. He takes care to ask questions about Serena's needs when I drop her off as well as to check in with me regarding exactly what I want done. He follows through and always gives me a grooming review when I pick up Serena even though I know he is really busy.
