It was my first time bringing my cat to Megan's shop, they were all extremely nice at the time and I was okay to leave my boy with her, I ask for a light TRIM only around his face/mane and upper chest, a light TRIM on top of his paws and a sanitary TRIM..He was there about an hour when Megan text he was ready to be picked up. When I got there she said he did ok in the dryers but brought him out with a wet tummy and legs, I paid and brought him home and got him dried and brushed out.. OMG when I saw him I was shocked , hurt and angry, she literally botched a simple trim.. he was gapped, uneven and looked horrible, his sanitary trim was a complete shave and nothing trimmed on his back legs just a really bad job. I messaged her because that's the only way to get in touch with her as they do not answer there phone. The complaint and responses below. Also to add to this situation her employee Christina (pet bather) took it upon herself to look me up and then IM me on Facebook messenger as we are not friends nor acquaintances of any kind and harassed me when clearly it was not her place or business to do so as it was between me and the owner Megan who was also the groomer, I felt threatened and had to file a police report.. All this because I launched a valid complaint and was extremely unsatisfied with the service and customer service, this isn't the first complaint of her botched service to others....This is a WARNING to those who may be considering trying this business DO NOT take your precious pet there. read more
