I went to Q Nails last week while visiting central Massachusetts. I'm from LA. I got a gel mani. It was awesome. The place is nondescript and small, but the manicure was really amazing. One of those hidden gems. I got a cute French tip. My manicurist painted on the tips basically freehand and it was stunning. The interior was pleasant, clean, and the staff had a sense of humor.
