The chilly weather is upon us, and it's perfect for a hearty Czech/Slovania meal! Koliba represented and offered all the Czech/Slovania favorites. You really can't go wrong with whatever you order here.
MENU (shared by 4):
~ Broiled Klobasa w.Horseradish Sauce ($13): this is such a simple dish but it was outstanding! lol Everyone raved about how well prepared this Klobasa was. Get this!
~ Boiled Perogies topped w.Bacon & Sour Cream ($25/12pcs): good! Classic dish done well.
~ Halusky (Potatoes Spaetzle w.Sheep Cheese; topped w.Bacon) ($27): Very good; generous portion. This was the dish everyone was craving, and it did not disappoint!
~ Pork Schnitzel w.Potatoe Pancake Batter topped w.Cheese ($28): good but next time, I'd skip the potato pancake batter. *Comes with salad and a side item of your choice.
The food was very tasty and soooo satisfying. They have an extensive menu and I'd return to try other dishes, and more of the Klobasa!
The restaurant itself is really charming and decorated traditionally. Customer service was very efficient; albeit not overly friendly. Classic Czech/Slovania cuisine! read more
