The restaurant feels "institutional" like something you would find in a senior living facility with fluorescent lighting. In other words, no ambiance. Service is good but the food is just okay. We went for the $28 prime rib dinner special and it felt like the baked potatoes were cooked yesterday and then warmed up. The vegetables were most likely from a frozen bag. The glass of red wine tasted like it was from a bottle that had been opened a few days before - we couldn't finish it.
