This place is a Joke. I've been here for 1 hour as a walk-in and they took only 4 people. You can hear them laughing in back having a good time. They had a delivery from Staples and the delivery guy has been knocking on the door for a while now, no one ever answered the door and he just dropped the stuff off on the counter. I'm doing a drug screening to get a job. Looks like i will not be getting this job. Thought LabCrop was BAD, this place is much worse. UPDATE: I checked in as a walk-in just before 11 AM. They finally called me in just after 3 PM, over 4 hours waiting. Because it was after 3 PM she didn't want to take me because they don't take urine samples after 3 PM. by the time I left I was there for a total of 4 hours and 45 minutes. when I was in the back room, they refused to help a lady because she didn't bring her paperwork. She told the person working there that she's on the board of Quest and she thinks it's ridiculous. The lady working there said it's the patients responsibility to bring their paperwork and she didn't care just walked away. Absolutely SHOCKING!!!
