My wife and I had our lab work done here at the Quest Gold River location and we were really satisfied with everything this Quest location had to offer! Around 15 minutes before our appointment time, we get text messages that allow you to check in while in your car. There's still a tablet at the reception area for check-ins, but I find the text message check-ins really convenient. We entered the reception/waiting area and it did not even take more than 10 minutes before my wife was called in, and a minute later for me to be called in. My phlebotomist was really great! A cheerful greeting to start, and smile to carry on through the procedure. Nikki made a somewhat scary ordeal into something light and enjoyable (of sorts)! She was very good with the needle...light to the touch in spite of me having "baby" veins. All in all, I was there for about 15 minutes or so for the process.
