We made an appointment online and this was the only location whose system worked. Parking was kind of scarce in the front lot but there's more parking in the other side. We arrived at our appointment time of 10:30. The check in kiosk gives you the option of waiting in the waiting room or outside. The screens were giving everyone a hard time. I'd suggest tapping lightly. The waiting room was packed and they were still calling a four people for 10:20. There was also one 10:30 appointment ahead of us. The waiting room was clean and smelled pleasant. The seats were okay. We had a lot of laughs and good convos while we waited. The techs were apologetic and everyone in the waiting room was so patient. Someone in the waiting room informed us that 2 people were out so there were 2 replacements. Not sure if we got a replacement but she struggled to find my daughters vein. She was moving the needle around in one arm with no success. Before I began to get frustrated she did the other arm and was successful. Not sure I'd go again. If I did it I would anticipate having a long wait. read more
