Meh! I used to love this place. I haven't been here in a while but before, I could walk in and get my bloodwork and be on my way. Apparently they have moved to appointments now, and any walk ins will be bumped to the back of the line, which is understandable. I just wish I knew that before I drove all the way over here. I waited an hour and the phlebotomist took the blood of two people. I don't know what they would be doing to take that long. I have had a ton of bloodwork and it's so quick and I'm done within five minutes once I sit in the chair. Maybe she is inexperienced and has to keep trying? Maybe she only wants to deal with appointments and just hope people like me and others just leave. She did come out and tell us to make an appointment but of course, the only times available are when I pick my kids up from school. Hopefully the turn around time for the bloodwork is quick. When they get the lab work for people, there should be a system in place where an automated phone call, text, email, smoke signal can be sent saying appointments are recommended. It's not cool to just tape a notice on the check in computer after we have already made the trip up there. Live and learn I guess! read more
