I came here in the evening around 5+ pm and there was nothing much left in the hot food selection. So go early in the day.
Besides the hot food, it also sells some snacks and stuff. In the end I bought a pack of fried crispy fish. It was ok, not as good as the one I got from another Filipino grocery/convenience store (has since closed down). When it's done nicely, you can also crush the fried fish to add to stir fry noodles or add to your home made dumplings or wontons for that extra Unami flavor. This was not good enough to give that Unami taste.
The staff was obviously bored when I was there and I felt like I was an irritant to disrupt her day when I wanted to pay.
Never went back since. read more
