As a former Carlisle resident, I cannot recommend this business enough. I would pop in on the weekends from right after they opened to even 15 minutes till close & always had a wonderful experience! The spring rolls are so filling, fresh,& delicious! i always order egg rolls each visit because they are so yummy & a good snack for later! I also happened to order a vermicelli bowl due to it being too hot to eat/ make pho. It was refreshing as well as felt light digesting I have also always gotten a Vietnamese coffee, which always tastes so nice The pho is definitely worth the trip! It is a combination of meat& the garnish comes on the side. It always tastes so rich in a savory way & leaves me filling full. It is located in the back of the market which allows for a quiet environment. There have always been other customers coming and going with to gos. As well as I have seen family's dine in together allowing the quiet chatter to fill the air. Please check them out when you can! The family is always so nice& welcoming!
