The communications is non-existent unless I call them for an update. I don't get call backs and am always the initiator. My office lady has no idea when or if any workers are coming out. Nor do they know if anyone showed up unless I call them. I've been told next week and tomorrow so many times I no longer have confidence this pool will be done before the cold weather hits. 8-10 weeks has turned in to 5-6 months. I get the feeling that my project isn't a priority to them. In theory, the pool looks beautiful. Great design. Just be weary of their communication issues and them showing up unannounced and not cleaning up as they go with construction debris and trash. It feels like they just fit me in between other projects. Now I'm told they have no dump truck and are trying to locate materials for us. Something I would have expected them to order the day we went under contract instead of waiting for a month out from expected completion. Frustration level is through the roof. They may make and design great pools, but this customer says, "BEWARE". I have no recourse but to see it through although it might, if lucky, be winter before I can use my pool. And here we are now July 9 2021, nothing new done. Two and a half weeks of good weather and a promised date of July 6, 2021 for the mason to finish up. No show. After complaining the Mason came out on July 8, and marked the place for the planters and left. The trash is still all over the place. I've been picking up and consolidating it; I have drained the pool twice to try and speed along whatever is next. Still nothing except the promise of next week. Do not use.
