The only reason I am giving a one star review is because it that's the lowest I can go. This place is horrible customer service. I had heels replaced and after wearing them 3 times the heel replacement broke. I brought it back to Rays and the owner told me repairs are NOT guaranteed and wanted to charge me again!! When I tried to explain to him that I literally wore them 3 times in the 3 weeks I had them back he insisted I was arguing with him (which I was not) I told him I have been using this shoe repair for 25 years and never had a problem. Why would I have him try to repair it again, pay him AGAIN and NOT have the work guaranteed?!! This man is a very rude and unprofessional business owner and would definitely NEVER recommend using him. read more
