Latest Update: RC Willey sent someone to my home to check on the issues with the furniture. They confirmed the problems and offered me to either pick out totally new furniture for the same amount, or to have the same kind replaced. I went to the store and didn't find anything I liked better than what I had already picked, so I had them deliver new ones. I went ahead and put a polyurethane coat on the top of my table as soon as it was delivered to avoid any of the same chipping issues, and I had to send the entertainment center back again - it was in worse shape than the one I already have! This was very surprising to me. RC Willey should definitely look into who they are purchasing this particular brand of furniture from because it is very poor quality. All in all, though, I appreciate the customer service and their willingness to try and fix the issues for me. I was even happy enough to buy a new large sectional leather couch when I went in last time. I will continue to be a happy customer of RC Willey (though I will be more cautious and inspect more closely, as I suggest we all do at every store)! read more
