This is our third weekend visit and our fourth 6 course food and wine pairing dinner. Chef is always creative, surprising and never disappoints! I love the fresh locally sourced produce and food products like the locally made cheeses, mustards etc. Today's menu, with a St Patty's Day theme was wonderful and the wine pairing really elevated the experience! I am very picky about flavor, freshness, quality and preparation, just ask my husband, and I have not been disappointed yet at Edgar's in the Belhurst Castle! I am never afraid to complain if my meal is not fresh, or is cooked improperly or is disappointing and at Edgar's my husband has never once been embarrassed by my complaining. I have always been pleasantly surprised by the creativity and amazing flavor of their menus! We are a bit addicted to their Food and Wine pairings with Morgan, the Food and Wine pairing specialist, and they are now our favorite winery!
