This is the story of my life with this company. The products are good but the website is a debacle. I promise this screen will never load. I'll close it out and reopen 6 times if I'm adding 6 items to my order. Customer Service??? Non existent - They don't answer the phone- they never return calls nor do they reply to emails. The good news is my DRIVER takes care of my service. After 3 weeks of waiting for a reply about receiving an incorrect item, I told the driver when he delivered to my office. The next week he picked up the item and I received a credit. Just added picture #2. Now I'll have to close out again when I add the next item. And so it goes.. read more
