Primo Brands,, the successor of ReadyRefresh Water, is probably the worst business I have ever dealt with. It has no humans at all. Everything is an AI bot. And the bot gets everything wrong. Primo kept delaying my deliveries. Eventually, I got tired of waiting, and canceled them. There is no way to cancel them, however, so I left a message on the chat. no one picked up on it. It took weeks for a truck to show up to pick up the empty bottles, and by that time I had brought them over to the Giant to be recycled. The driver was the first human from Primo that I ever spoke to. He was, of course, very nasty. Now another truck will be coming tomorrow to pick up bottles that don't exist. Can't or won't deliver an order. The change the dates every time. If regular delivery date was May 30, they push me out a week. No notice! Then in June it went to days then the next day, etc. No notice, no apology. I have only had one partial delivery since early May. All companies in my area merged into this monster that never delivers. The one delivery I did get the drivers were SO RUDE. They almost threw the jugs at me They were hot and running late. Constant Billing Issues We've experienced a billing issue almost every month. Sometimes plain overbilled. Sometimes we would be billed for things we didn't order/receive. (We were told the drivers would sometimes leave things they had on the truck to see if we wanted them, then bill us.) I can't believe this company isn't being sued into oblivion. Everything other users are saying is completely true. They will charge your card whenever they want, for whatever amount they want. It is a biweekly task of mine to spend time on hold asking them to correct the charges, and when they do there is no explanation. They're just like "oops sorry we keep charging your card random amounts" and they'll do it again and again. They also routinely give me less than 20 minutes notice as to when they will arrive for pickup or delivery, which often comes at 7AM! Someone with more money and time than myself should really think about taking these clowns to court, because there is no way in hell they are operating this company legitimately. I let them know on May 30th that their 10 day delay in making my monthly delivery has caused me to run out of water. They have now rescheduled my delivery date 4 times. If they don't reschedule for a fifth time it will be a month and and a half since my last delivery. If you are fortunate enough to have other choices, don't pick this company. Should be investigated for fraud. Regularly added and charged me for items I did not order (plastic drinking cups, bottles of flavoured water, etc) and of course it's impossible to reach anyone to have charges reversed. I used ReadyRefresh for 4 years. The first two years there were no issues at all. I could change delivery online even hours before the delivery the website always worked in whatever I wanted to do on the site. After 2 years, it started getting sketchy. I would randomly get billed for a late fee when I'm on autopay, and weird building glitches like that. So I turn off autopay option. Then the third year eight 5 gallons of water per month schedule was being delivered every two weeks or 3 weeks randomly. At one point I had 16 5 gallon jugs sitting in my driveway while I was on the phone to ReadyRefresh and them telling me that I didn't. It only got worse and worse in this past stretch when they merged with primo has been a complete disaster. It is extremely difficult to get them on the phone, and when you finally do you are lied to, and since primo, they blame everything on the merger. It's been an absolute headache and frustration. Even closing my account was a huge headache. The options online wouldn't work yet I couldn't get anyone on the phone. So I had to keep clicking skip delivery hoping someone would just call me so I could cancel. Oh yes, I even emailed customer service three times and didn't get a response for 2 months! I wrote them saying I am trying to cancel my membership. I got no phone call but finally an email saying they are sorry to see me go, but bye . At that point, you just have to laugh. I have changed my bank card so that I can't be charged from this company again. It's been a nightmare. Let me make perfectly clear though, the driver s have nothing to do with how this horrible company is run. They have been perfect in their deliveries, completely friendly and I tipped them very well every time. You cannot punish the messenger! My new delivery service is DrinkMoreWater. They have been stellar so far and I expect nothing less. The price is about the same, The water tastes better in my opinion, and guess what? When you call the number someone answers the phone! This business has the absolute most abysmal customer service you could ever imagine. We have used their services for over a year. Not once have they ever shown up on the date that they promised. They cancel at the end of the day and then they will just randomly select a new date in the future where they might show up or might not show up. Allegedly none of the management has any access to the dispatch or the drivers. They couldn't even get themselves organized enough to come pick up the equipment that they requested we leave out. Good luck getting a live person. The only way I found to get a live person is to say I was closing my account. When trying to contact them, they make you complete an online form. One time I successfully entered it, but it took weeks to get a response. Lately, the form doesn't submit. I've tried from 2 different computers and get an error. Ready Refresh seemed like a great option for our homeschool tutorial which meets in a building with no potable water. Kids bring water bottles and in the past we have had water jugs as a backup - enter Ready Refresh. We bought a water cooler and signed up for monthly deliveries thinking it would be a perfect solution. Instead every delivery was delayed 4-5 times and forced us to go buy our own water jugs at the local stores. I reached a customer service agent once and after a verbal guarantee of priority delivery the next Monday - it was rescheduled 2 more times and then it never came! After that, all correspondence stopped and every time I call the customer service line there is an automated message says "due to higher than normal call volume customer services agents are not available at this time. Go to ReadyRefresh.com" and then it hangs up! I have called consistently over the last 2 months at different times of day. I get the same message and then it hangs up. I have sent multiple messages through the website. Each message takes 7-10 days to get a response. I want to cancel my account and have heard nothing. read more

Unbelievably poor service. Consistently miss and reschedule service. Missed my monthly delivery this week and found out the next day by logging into my account that it was just rescheduled for next month. No e-mail or text notification and the reason listed was that no one was home to accept delivery...literally right above the "Contactless Delivery Selected" line on my account which is how it has always been. Called 'support', after nearly an hour spoke to a representative who advised that there were "Service Disruptions" in our area and she kindly rescheduled for yesterday...so I wouldn't run out of water. Got a notice HOURS later that my delivery had been rescheduled AGAIN...then no one showed up and got a notice that it is rescheduled for next week! Again spent about 15 minutes on hold, got to "Patty" in Customer 'Service' and she seemed not only not surprised by my desire to cancel, but completely unwilling or unable to do anything to make things right after continued failures on the part of this company to provide reliable or accurate services. She was more than happy to cancel my account and tell me that they'll be here Tuesday to pick up their bottles and cooler...I'm going to bet that they actually show up for that! I recently signed up for their services. My deliver was scheduled for Friday 3/22/19 on that day only the water was delivered because they never added the dispensary unit to the truck. They then rescheduled me for Monday 3/25/19. Why wouldn't you have another truck bring it today if they don't close until 9pm ? So people are supposed to take off from work multiple days because your employees didn't check to make sure they had complete ordered on the truck. The call center people could really care less about anything( whether you are services or not). This isn't a company you would want to be associated with. The best rep I have spoken to is Jessica and Capricha They need a raise. And the other ones act like they are looking up something but don't respond to you. read more

Love the water EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the on line customer service. I am computer literate, but their site sucks. (on the lap top & mobile ap) It ALWAYS shows that I have no scheduled deliveries, no past deliveries. The live customer service reps are nice, except the last one that created a new account for me instead of working with my current account! I asked for only 2 bottles as we are preparing to move, and I got 7 bottles delivered!! The driver could not take them back, and they can only pick up empty bottles. Now I am going to have to waste water since all attempts to fill anyone and everyones jugs have gone unsuccessful. Being from the SW I LOATH wasting water. Over the past year we have experienced incorrect deliveries, late deliveries and recently a delivery that went to someone else's house and the company did not acknowledge this, apologize or offer to deliver the products to us immediately. If I could rate lower I would. Just cancelled my account after 30 years. The last 1.5 years have been horrible service. Just deliver whatever they want whenever they want and are not accountable for their mistakes and don't seem to care. Customer service is horrible. I call them in advance to make sure what my delivery date and quantity is correct. Then I go online to make sure that my schedule is correct but that's not enough. They still delivered on wrong date and wrong quantity and won't pick it up or credit the account. No one can help or fix anything. I just keep paying for their mistakes. This has happened 8 or 9 times over the last year. I can't take it anymore.....I'm done.
