Today is the big day. Boardman Ohio becomes the 3rd location for Red Plum Pizza And Pasta. They have a Howland location located at 8212 East Market Street in Warren Ohio, and One in Kinsman located at 8437 Main Street. They specialize in NY and Detroit style Pizza. Both are absolutely Amazing. They have a nice Appetizer Menu the Oven Baked Meatballs are a true Favorite of mine. I have had then at the Howland location many times they are delicious everytime. The Salad Menu does not disappoint, The Plum Salad comes with a Tomato Basil Dressing that is unlike any dressing I have ever tried. The flavor Pops and The roll that comes with it is soft and very much a welcome addition. I used it to finish off the dressing on my dish. The salad has black olives, red onion and feta, and also roasted plum tomatoes when all are combined this salad is a winning combination. The Pasta Menu has amazing choices the Penne Alla Vodka and The Chicken Alfredo are both Full of Flavor and trust me once you have tried them, you will be back. The Sub Sandwiches are also very very yummy. My absolute go to one is the Chicken Cutlet Parm Sandwich, it is done with a Vodka Sauce and Basil Pesto Aioli there is also Mozzarella cheese and Spinach it is a winning combination. I saved the Best for Last... Pizza New York Style They have several choices My Favorites are The NY White...(Hot peppers, mozzarella olive oil and garlic) This pizza hits all the flavors. They also have a great Pepperoni Pizza with Plenty of flavor and they do not skimp on the pepperoni. They have a great Pizza with both Sausage and Pepperoni another of my favorites. You can custom a pizza they will add whatever is available just ask. Detroit Style Pizza..... Detroit Greektown...Picture this a Greek Salad on the most Wonderful Pizza Crust imaginable...This is my go to pizza I always get the 4 square and bring 3 pieces home. It reheats amazing in Oven or Airfryer. The Detroit 4 cheese is another absolute favorite of mine the Ricotta is so smooth it just completes this pizza. You can order any Detroit pizza in a 4 square or an 8 square or an Extra Large 12 Square. The Detroit white is as yummy as the NY white just that square thick flavorful crust. They have something for everyone. I will post a million pictures all week as I plan on going Everyday. This is the Much Needed Pizza & Pasta place here in Boardman Ohio. I can promise you it does not disappoint. It is so very exciting to not have to drive far anymore to be able to have Red Plum. See You today or Soon.
