I was involved in a accident that totaled my vehicle at the beginning of the COVID19 Pandemic therefore there was no dealership open to accommodate me. So I had the arduous task of finding a car to replace my beloved Mini. I found the car that I wanted. called Road Runner Auto , spoke with Omar and he was courteous enough to explain that there was nothing he could do until the restrictions were lifted. We kept in touch and as soon as the strict restrictions were lifted still adhering to the social distancing we were able to sign the proper paperwork (esign) and through some fanagerling we were able to complete the transaction providing me with the car that I wanted with the price that I wanted. The vehicle needed a tune up which was schedule first thing once the state restrictions were completely and SAFELY lifted.
