Sully is a good salesman. He is kind and relatable. He gave me options based on my preferences for a vehicle. Omar is kind, but doesn't communicate with elk once the purchase has been made. Bought a 2007 corvette that wasn't inspected or touched service wise. Car was delivered has dry rotted tires and chunks missing out of the inner side walls. All fluids need flushed. Shocks blowen out. Needs all suspension repaired. Clutch is out as well. Complete turd. Manager doesnt want call back and deal with the issues. Hello guys I have had my town and country 2015 since February 2024 since I have had it in the shop on at least 4 separate occasions all for multiple reasons. This last reason is eletrical I just took it from Toms Family Auto to Bill Ritchie Complete Auto Repair $125 and they tried everything since last Monday Now Road Runner wants me to pay again for his friend down the street just to look at my vehicle just to tell me what I already know. I was involved in a accident that totaled my vehicle at the beginning of the COVID19 Pandemic therefore there was no dealership open to accommodate me. So I had the arduous task of finding a car to replace my beloved Mini. I found the car that I wanted. called Road Runner Auto , spoke with Omar and he was courteous enough to explain that there was nothing he could do until the restrictions were lifted. We kept in touch and as soon as the strict restrictions were lifted still adhering to the social distancing we were able to sign the proper paperwork (esign) and through some fanagerling we were able to complete the transaction providing me with the car that I wanted with the price that I wanted. The vehicle needed a tune up which was schedule first thing once the state restrictions were completely and SAFELY lifted. On October 20, 2018, I purchased a used 2012 Volkswagen CC Lux for $7500 from Road Runner Auto in Taylor, Michigan. While I was there, they also sold me a GWC Warranty for $500. On October 27, 2018, I started noticing a burning smell, but as I am an inexperienced driver, and this is how my last vehicle was, I thought it was the smell of having the heat on high. For this reason, I did not get the vehicle checked out on this date. Then on November 7, 2018, a warning signal came on in my vehicle stating that the oil pressure was off. I pulled into my loan company's parking lot and my boyfriend checked the oil level. While he was doing this, he was unable to get a reading from the dip stick. We immediately drove to an oil shop and they made us aware that is had leaked 2.5 quarts of oil. We filled the oil to full and drove home. Letting the car sit and not using it as a daily vehicle. We took it to my favorite shop in town on that week's Friday, we waited because they said they would not be able to get to it until likely Friday. November 12, 2018, the shop contacted me and let me know that it is a major oil leak and that they are unable to tell if it's leaking anywhere but from the gasket and that they would start there. This part and labor totals $600 and the next day I was made aware that GWC does not consider the gasket as a part of the engine, and therefore will not cover the cost. That same morning, I called the dealer to ask for all paperwork regarding that vehicle and why I needed it. He told me, "It wasn't leaking oil when it left," which I find difficult to believe and he, in other words, told me they did not do a safety inspection before they sold me the vehicle and that they, "just looked at it." Yesterday, November 15, I contacted the dealership again asking for all the vehicle's paperwork, because I had not received it and they told me they would send it to me. Now on November 16, I still have not received any paperwork regarding the vehicle. I have contacted them again regarding the paperwork and am being met with excuses about how, "The owner is hardly ever here." And "I don't do sales." read more

Let me mention that the car that I went to the lot for was not there because someone else is driving it around as their personal car and wouldn't have it back until 5. I read the paper work and he put a completely different price on the paper that was more than what he told me, much more. he wanted me to just sign without going over it, he failed to mention that it was a salvage vehicle and he tried to play me on the in house financing part...he clearly put my name through a financing company because I have done in house financing before and they do not tax like that. I threw that pen down and ran out of there. I don't not recommend purchasing a car here at all! If you do read the paperwork before you sign. This is a scam place that sells lemon cars they put back together to work for the moment and that need to be shut down!
