I cannot fathom the negative reviews; I've had nothing but extremely fantastic service since starting with Roadrunner almost a year ago. It was very nice of my Vet to tell me about them. Roadrunner's price on my dog's heart medicine was 1/3 what it would have cost to have the vet fill it. Even though they advertise fills within 5 business days, I've consistently re wicked his med within 3 calendar days! (Don't risk waiting till last minute though!) Customer service has been awesome every time I've called - quick to answer, kind & personable, efficient. Rep on last call took time to ask my dog's age/breed/name & when I told her how much he loved the toys, she asked me to send her a pic. I really feel like they care about my dog. Please give Roadrunner a try (or give them another chance if you had a bad experience)! read more
