We chose rocket shell because it was cheaper than the actual PODS company but what a MISTAKE!!! We should have read these reviews first. The shell was delivered on time to our apartment on 2/27/25 and we loaded it up and it was picked up when they said it would be picked up on 3/3/25. We had it delivered to our new home on 3/7/25. When we arrived we noticed tire marks from them dropping off the container (see picture). Then we start noticing red paint all over the carpet (see pictures) and my husbands and movers clothes and boxes. I call the company and they told me that the tire marks wash off (which they don't) and we can file a claim with our home owners insurance. They refuse to refund or fix the issues or even admit it's their containers fault for these issues. Charlene an associate says "moving is a dirty job". Just spend the extra money and go with U-Haul or PODs so you don't have to deal with issues like this when moving into your new home.
