My daughter ordered two iced coffees for us Saturday on my birthday. She Asked for light ice & milk for hers When I saw her coffee sitting at pick up area I honestly thought it was someone's half drunken coffee but it was hers that but literally looked less than 3/4 full. Mine was filled to the top , had pretty much the same amount of ice & mine actually had less milk, as it was darker in color. I asked the barista to please add some more coffee to my daughters & she said no because all iced coffees pre measured and had the same amount of coffee as mine. I understand the coffees should be pre measured but I do not believe this was done for her coffee at all. Really disappointing to see my kid spend $6 of her hard earned money & who is a frequent customer to have this. Definitely won't be frequenting this chain anymore ** as per the response post , I did send an email Sunday prior to this post but haven't had any response from customer service which prompted me to write this review read more
