I've been to Rosetta Hall several times now, but I still remember how surprised I was the first time I walked in. I was expecting a typical food hall and instead it felt much more elevated and thoughtfully designed than that.
The way the coffee shop and bar sort of flow together makes the whole space feel really social without being chaotic, and the rooftop patio honestly makes it feel bigger than you'd expect from the outside. At the time, it felt surprisingly modern for Boulder in a really good way.
It's also one of the best places to take visitors because everyone can find something they actually want and the quality across the different vendors is consistently solid. Huge bonus that there's a parking garage directly across the street too because parking in Boulder can otherwise become its own adventure. read more
