Rotor rooter got to the root of the problem but didn't fix it. Left me with a hole in my front yard and a sewer line that's still backed up. It's was dugout on November 20, 2019 and still there as of December 5, 2019. They are not answering my calls and when they do answer they give the message to a Dennis E.
