The service team was actually a couple of hours earlier than expected which was wonderful. They did call 30 min before arriving to make sure it was ok which I appreciated. The problem with the leaky sink was identified quickly and the team explained the work necessary to repair it. They also pointed out a cheap fix for a minor problem with the end of the faucet that I hadn't even noticed and I was grateful for that. They emailed me a link to the invoice detailing out the work completed. Using my credit card did incur a small additional fee, but I'm seeing a lot more of that lately and I understand the need to pass these small costs on to customers for the convenience.
