Had no appointment as I walked in but had an opening within 30 minutes so I waited for the additional employee to come in. Did receive text that my appointment will be in 30 minutes and a thank you text again after my appointment. Nice touch was offered a small bottled water or canned soda as I was waiting to be seated received. Overall this business is clean. Plus I was impressed that the girls were not talking in a foreign language like some of the other nail salons in the area.
