SALSA, is the word I'll think of every-time I think of Ruby's those salsas were flavorful, well balanced, and just spicy enough to make my nose rub (that's a good thing). Ordered the sopes which come with 4 and a side of charro beans. The chicken sopes were moist and had great flavor, the steak were good not great being honest. The sopes themselves were sturdy but not dense or difficult to eat, perfect and held up to the generous portion of ingredients atop. Beans, meat of your choice, cabbage, crema, cojita, tomato, and avocado towered upon each mountain of deliciousness! Topped these peaks of delight with both the green and orange sauces for spice while washing it down with a Mexican coke or the array of aquas frescas. Chips and salsa were free but would have paid for them as the chips were fresh and salsa was bangin'! HIGHLY recommend.
