This place is disgusting! We had to clean off our own table before sitting down, as there was food left from the previous group still on the table! Our waitress had a poor attitude for the entirety of our meal, almost like she didn't want us there at all. Our food took over an hour to get to our table, and there were on 5 tables with seated in the entire restaurant! When some of our food did arrive, we were a meal short and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the last meal. We were pretty annoyed at this point, but then we looked in one of our drinks, and found BUGS IN OUR DRINKS!!!! And the attitude we got from our server about it was just icing on the cake. Another rolling of the eyes and a groan. Food was decent, but this disgusting venue and horrid customer service will cause me to view Ruby Tuesday differently forever. read more
