I will keep leaving negative reviews. 5/28 I ordered a rack of ribs. Along with my other coworkers orders. I go and pick it up and was charged for my ribs but they didn't have any! The manager at the time was too busy for me. I talked to the bartender who took down my information and the manager was going to send me a gift card by end of day. That never happened...guest relations responded on her asking for all my information. I responded quickly and no response. So, this restaurant took my money (doesn't matter the amount, but a full rack of ribs with "premium" sides cost about $30) and never provided my food. I believe this is illegal taking money and not providing the services. My mind is truly blown how this is okay!!!! My husband and I wanted to celebrate my birthday out to eat with the family. The kids food came out before our appetizer which I didn't mind because kids gotta eat. The waitress did mess up my husband's order. After I told her, she did want to correct it but it was kinda too late. It felt like because I spoke up that she didn't want to be around us. Whenever she walked by us, she never asked if we needed anything. She didn't start clearing our table until we were ready for the check so our table had 0 room for our entrés. The waitress just didn't seem like she was on top of it. I asked for food boxes and she didn't give us enough for my kids to bring their food home so we walked out leaving food on the table. Honestly felt like we were profiled because we weren't dressed nice and are a young family with kids. I don't think that we will ever head to this location again due to the bad service. read more

TERRIBLE! Worst service ever. We arrived at 4:30 and waited over 15 minutes just to be seated. We had a party of 6 and the server forgot 2 of our guests and their order. We waited 2 hours and never received their meals. Unacceptable! Those of us that did get served had a fair meal but we were never asked if we wanted refills on some of our drinks including water. We were informed that the manager was also in the kitchen cooking because of the lack of help. When we asked for the check, we had to find the manager just to pay. Wow! This is one of my favorite restaurants. However, we were seated in the same dark corner once again. It's so gloomy! The salad bar was delicious, my shrimp and fries were good and hubbys steak was so tender he used only a fork to cut it. The fried mushrooms were nothing like pictured tho and there was more loose fried batter than mushrooms. It was like canned sliced mushrooms deep fried. read more

This place is disgusting! We had to clean off our own table before sitting down, as there was food left from the previous group still on the table! Our waitress had a poor attitude for the entirety of our meal, almost like she didn't want us there at all. Our food took over an hour to get to our table, and there were on 5 tables with seated in the entire restaurant! When some of our food did arrive, we were a meal short and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the last meal. We were pretty annoyed at this point, but then we looked in one of our drinks, and found BUGS IN OUR DRINKS!!!! And the attitude we got from our server about it was just icing on the cake. If no stars was a choice, I would have picked it. What the hell happened to Ruby Tuesdays. It used to be good. Not tonight. Salad bar was stale with wrinkled cherry tomatoes and brown wilted lettuce. Then came the entrees. My wife got the 6oz Ribeye. No flavor, poorly seasoned and thinner than a SteakEm. But it was much better than my Bourbon Pork chop. Not sure what was going on here but got some sort of cold foamy salty ham meat masquerading as a pork chop. It was terrible, the meat almost looked diseased. It was white and foamy with a pink tinge like ham. The waitress was kind enough to take it off my bill and get me a cheeseburger to go, which by the way, was also terrible. Grisly meat with a soaking wet bun. If you were wondering why all the Ruby Tuesdays are disappearing. Wonder no more. I'm surprised the Brewer Maine is still here. I've always been a fan of their salad bar, but especially when it's stocked properly. Half of the items were missing including croutons. I mean, what's Ruby Tuesday's salad bar without their famous croutons? After asking about them, I was told they would be out soon. So my wife and I normally frequent RT and due to COVID Delta variant we still do the take-out option. The takeout service is good overall even if it was a little behind yesterday. I normally get a burger or a main dish which is always good, but yesterday I opt'd to get the brisket sandwich because I was looking for something a bit different. I don't know what was more disappointing; the brisket sandwich which was nothing more than 3 very overcooked pieces of meat that were NOT brisket, or the 5-6 onion rings that came with it. You can't simply throw some sauce on meat and call it barbecue...RT needs to stick with their burgers because their idea of barbecue is well not cutting it. I'll give it 3/5 because normally the food is good and hopefully the disappointing faux brisket was an isolated incident. read more

Visited Ruby Tuesday in Brewer today with a few colleagues. Ordered a burger that was on special, but asked that it be made without mushrooms. A few minutes later, the waitress returned to say that the kitchen refused, and said that the special was "as is" despite that not appearing anywhere on the special advertisement. I cancelled my order, and left the restaurant. I'm disappointed by the lack of service shown by employees here ... A simple request to leave off an ingredient was flatly rejected. I'd understand unwillingness to add things to the meal -- but leaving off an ingredient is a simple and common request. It's not a surprise that Ruby Tuesday is slowly going out of business... Went in today.. place looked empty w ppl waiting for seating. Opted to sit at bar after host said they were Shor staffed. Also told us that the last time we went.. bartender Tiffany acknowledged us and was pleasant. She also had tables in the bar. We got our beers. Had salad and an app. Still not seating alot of ppl. This was my 3rd time eating at Ruby's and my husbands first time. He ordered the BBQ chicken salad and raved about it hours later how it's the best salad he's ever eaten. I ordered the chicken ranch salad and it was amazing. I also ordered spinach artichoke dip and chips and ate the entire pan! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be eating at Ruby Tuesday again and again when we get to Kansas City! read more

Terrible. We came in with our two kids and were very displeased. It took almost a half hour to even have our drink order taken.. We ordered our daughters food, which was fine, but we ordered ourselves the ribeye with grilled shrimp, one meal with onion rings and macaroni and cheese & the other meal with loaded tots and macaroni and cheese. First meal we are served are two plates of ribs. This was obviously wrong, so I told the waitress it was wrong. She said she must've misheard us, but she asked us how we wanted our steaks cooked when she took our order. It then took almost an hour to get our food fixed, and even then it was still wrong. We were served two steaks, one of which came with shrimp, with a baked potato, onion rings, tots and macaroni and cheese.. not the sides we ordered. Terrible time here unfortunately. read more

We were a party of 7. the place was nearly empty. upon being seated, the server came by and took drink orders, she was friendly and nice. but it took us about 10 minutes to get our drinks, she also took our appetizer order at the same time. It took at 20 minutes to get out appetizers. shortly after she put in our app order , she took out dinner order. When the appetizers, finally came, they were good, but 20 minutes, Really. then another at least 20 went by and no food. My wife talked to the manager about the delay, all he did is make excuses. finally our food came, but only for 4 of the seven of us were served. Another 10 to 15 minutes later, after the first 4 to be served were nearly finished, and the rest of the food came. I ordered cheese on my burger, and medium rare. Well it didn't have the cheese, and it was cooked very well done. I told the waitress to please take it back, and that I didn't want it, that I would eat when I got home. she took it off the bill. We were all very respectful to the waitress, and the manager. but the service was terrible to say the least. {The manager did go way above and beyond and gave us all a free desserts'} "Did you catch the sarcasm" I have to say that our groups will NEVER, step foot in another Ruby Tuesday's. This was the worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. Started with getting seated. Asked for a booth and we were asked to stand by another table with customers to wait for a booth to be cleaned even though behind us there was one. No silverware was given to us, we had to get them from an empty table beside us. They brought our waters and spilled them on the table and didn't clean it up. We used our serviette to clean it up and then had to ask for more serviettes as they were not offered. Steak was over done. Pork chop was tough and extremely fatty, mashed potatoes sat on the plate so long there was a crust on them. Asked if they didn't have gravy to bring butter for potatoes and they brought melted butter in dishes that was congealed on the top. Waitress was all over the area. We were sat so close to the kitchen that the swinging doors creaked as any staff went in and out and was very annoying. When we told waitress about the steak she said what can I do and I said not much since it's over cooked and she said ok and walked away. When asked if we wanted dessert we said I wouldn't bother to order anything else and she said ok. Never questioned why. When we ordered we weren't asked to add any options such as their salad bar or mushrooms or onions for steak even though we heard other tables being offered. We realize that staffing these days is an issue everywhere including there but customer service should always be primary as well as quality of food. While ordering I ordered what I wanted, my husband tried to order what he wanted which included coleslaw, the waitress proceeded to tell him not to order it and how gross it was there.. ordered something else. I ordered a salad with mine which usually comes out first, all we got was our drinks after about 5 minutes and then she brought out salads and COLESLAW for the couple that came in after we ordered our drinks. My husband and I just looked at each other and I asked the waitress if we could pay for our drinks and go. Usually I love Ruby's. Not the best tonight. We decided to try a coupon that was for buy one entree get a second half off. I ordered the crab cake meal, boyfriend got salmon and mom decided to have the coconut shrimp appetizer. The waitress never asked if she wanted that first or with the meal which was fine but then when the check came she took the half off the $7 shrimp instead of one of the $13 entrees. When we asked, she gave some lame excuse that it was counted as an entree because it wasn't brought out first. Definitely left for an awkward end to the meal. My mother is usually a very generous tipper (22+%) even to the worst servers but not this time. read more

Strange it was reported as closed... I ate there last week! Anything can happen, I guess! I was on a 12 hour road trip with my 4 and 5 year olds and just needed a place to stop. It turned out to be perfect. It was nice to be at a place where the grown-up food is reasonably priced (I had the 3-course $12.99 deal -AWESOME value), and the kids meals were also reasonable at 3.99!!! This is a great sit down restaurant and it's not too fancy. They do not have many vegan options other than the salad bar and a couple sides. They also do not have many options on the children's menu. However, they're service was great and our server, Tyler, made us feel welcomed and had great knowledge on what was in the food. I was also pleased to find that they had Tesla electronic stations for charging electric vehicles! Overall, it was a fine restaurant and we'll be back again. read more

We never got our appatizer we order, we had to personally ask for A1 sauce to go with the steak and personally ask for refills for our drinks. We waited more then 20 mins for the check while someone who came in after us got their check and change before us. We didn't wait around for our change, we were fed up.
