This place is super close to the outlet mall so I find myself stopping here on those days we venture down to Edinburgh and kinda come here out of habit. Honestly though, every experience has been pretty average. We've had fairly mediocre/bored service, maybe this is because this place can get slammed on the weekends and the workers have lost their will to care. But some tend to be friendly enough. There was one time when the server more or less kept trying to get us to leave, that was awkward since we wanted to order more food (hello, bigger tip!) but I won't hold a restaurant to one server. Food has been mostly good but a lot is standard American chain. Burgers last time were quite good and a delicious way to fuel up before shopping. I usually love the salad bar at Ruby but the other reviewers are right, it is so awkward at this location being right inside the door/next to the hostess stand that I don't want to bother. I am sure we will be back on another shopping trip someday, although we have been branching out to restaurants so who knows. read more
