Went today for lunch and their salad was so good! So many choices of toppings. They even had 4 different choices for lettuce & several delicious dressing options. They had broccoli salad, potato salad, pasta salad Also on the salad bar. It was great! Our server Logan was very nice & the service was spot on! The waitress we had was probably the only highlight of the night. We got attitude from what may have been the manager when we asked to move to a table instead of a booth. There were four guys total and we needed the extra room in an empty restaurant. We thought we would have better luck receiving faster service. Man we were wrong. Apparently someone else's order got pushed ahead of ours. Food finally arrived and the steak tasted like it was seasoned with water. Shrimp tasted seasoned and the loaded mashed potatoes were good. My counterparts were not impressed with their meal either. No plans to visit that place again. Thought I was getting a free refill and got charged another drink. Lunch on Thursday Feb. 27th 2025 @ the Edinburgh, IN location: the restaurant is dark and dated. The Mushroom Swiss burger was tasteless; lacking in basic seasonings. The Iceberg lettuce was old with brown edges, the Romaine was wilted, and the Broccoli salad was old and mushy. The solitary waitress was polite and efficient. I was reluctant to post but having worked as a bartender, waiter, and manager of three restaurants, potential dinners should be aware that the food is subpar lacking the appetizing, savory, tasty, quality of good restaurants. Make basic corrections to improve ASAP or this one will sink! read more

I've not been to a Ruby Tuesday's in ages and needed some quick food after enjoying the nearby Exit 76 Antique Mall. The place was nearly empty, but seemingly clean and we got seated right away. The first thing we ordered was the loaded French Fries off the appetizer menu. We asked them to sub shredded cheese instead of queso (which only belongs in a cup served with chip because it turns anything else it touches to mush) and they were happy to oblige. You'll see the picture attached. Apparently the culinary staff and I have differences of opinions as to what constitutes "loaded." We also don't agree about what's worth nine of my hard-earned dollars, especially when there wasn't even a drop of ranch dressing or sour cream anywhere in sight. Sigh... I opted for the salad bar for my entree (as RT's is one of the few establishments that still offers an old-fashioned salad bar). The ingredients were fresh, though seemingly sparse, and though the plates were still noticeably wet, all else was up to proverbial snuff. My dinner partner had the chicken parm with linguine, which came out hot, cheesy (in a good way) and flavorful. All that being said, call me "hangry" (you wouldn't be the first), but the cheese fry issue was enough to keep me from adding a third star. It was enough to turn what could've been a decent meal into something pretty subpar. We stopped here on the way back from vacation. Thought a fresh salad bar sounded good. This was by far one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been in for a long time. The salad bar was not fresh, but it was stocked. There was a film over some of the food showing it hadn't been stirred or changed in a while. The waitress did not refrain from telling us they were short staffed. Half way through the dinner she said she had enough and locked the door around 8:30. I took my son to the restroom and was disturbed by the amount of urine caked in the urinal and unknown substance all over counter. It was quite concerning about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I posted a picture of a no ice sign. I am trying to wrap my head around this. Since McDonald's across the lot has bags of ice for $1 and my drinks were served with ice. Overall a bit underwhelming, the food was ok. To start the big "garden bar" salad bar wasn't very stocked and options seemed limited for the upcharge and hype of it. The pastas don't come with any sides or salad and are $15, not big portions either. The New Orleans seafood dish was tilapia with a few cooked frozen shrimp . The sauce on it was good but the potion again was a bit on the small side. It came with 2 sides which seemed like a good deal for $17 but the sides weren't anything special. I asked if the coleslaw was creamy and was told yes. It wasn't it was poppyseed and vinegar based and very bland. Had to ask for mayonnaise to help the taste. The sweet potato was a bit undercooked and not as soft. The brown sugar I asked for was just cinnamon and regular sugar mixed together. It was ok but not the same or what I asked for. Overall felt like the portions could Def be bigger for avg. $15-20 a person. Worth more like $10-12. The sides are very small and bland. The food was just alright. And no one was overly pleased with the "garden bar". Probably would t recommend over similar restaurants, Applebee's and Chili's are much better value and taste for the $ and atmosphere. read more

Went in after running into the Edinburg outlet mall. We were pretty hungry so I went in to see the seating and there was plenty of seating available. We were greeted by a waitress who was pretty nice. We finally sat down and started to look around and no one had masks on per mandate and the posting on the business door. The waitress that greeted us didn't have her mask on appropriately leaving out her nose. The kitchen staff had no mask on at all. We left. Time to go. Every time we visit Ruby Tuesdays in Edinburgh it gets worse. Today will be our last visit. We have gone in and they only were sitting two tables at a time because of help, to them completely running out of most of their food, including Ranch dressing. Today I ordered the salmon bowl and what was advised was no where near what I received. It was all salad with a quarter cup of the toppings and a 2 oz piece of cold salmon. The toppings included only 3 pieces of edamame and 2 pieces of corn. All for $17.99. Waste of money, we won't be going back. Luckily Montana Mike's is right across the street. read more

My husband and I, along with our 3 yr old went to this location for the second time due to having a gift card. We noticed when we parked that there were very few cars in the parking lot compared to the other restaurants around Ruby's, especially for 7:15p on a Saturday evening. When we walked in I noticed we were walking on food all over the floor in front of the salad bar. There were rips, cracks, and tears in almost all the booth seats. A man seated us. No one came to get our drink orders for a few minutes then a waitress came over, told us she wasn't our waitress but she would get our drinks started. She did so and when she brought our drinks back she said she would be taking our table since she didn't know where "he" was, referring to a male waiter who, later, I only saw working with 2 tables. She was very nice, respectful, helpful, and did a great job. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and loaded cheese fries, these came out and the fries were great, best part of the dinner. My husband bit into the mozzarella stick and when he pulled it away from his mouth the entire cheese stick cleanly came out of the breading. I ordered the new French onion smashed burger with a loaded baked potato. The burger was crunchy and the onion tasted burnt. The baked potatoes skin was so tough I had a hard time cutting it with a knife, like it was hours old and over cooked. My husband ordered the 6oz ribeye, medium, and a baked potato. His potato's skin was the same as mine. His steak was super thin and mostly all fat and gristle, absolutely no flavor to the actual meat he did get out of it. The waitress took it back and brought him a new one that was thick and looked great. He cut it open and blood went everywhere. So the waitress took it back to the kitchen and brought it back to him much closer to medium. Still no flavor at all, he actually ate it with ketchup.... My son's crunchy shrimp was fresh and his fries were hot, he enjoyed it. The waitress offered us a free dessert due to the steak issue. We got the caramel cheesecake and ice cream. It was great, we all 3 enjoyed it. Kudos to the waitress. She did her best and was very attentive. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Our bill was $71 but sadly wasn't worth the $25 gift card we used. read more

Sticky menus freak me out. An unexpected great meal! The restaurant needs a deep clean and the poor server was spread way too thin but the meal was spot on! I had the double chicken: chicken, bacon, mushrooms and a cream cheese and Parmesan sauce. The ceasar salad was great- I swore there were anchovies in the dressing. It was that good! This just may have been our worst restaurant experience ever. To start, the first worker we encountered ignored us as we walked in, walked past us multiple times without saying a word to us and left us waiting at the door to be seated for about 5 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant. Another waitress came over and sat us at our table. The table was sticky and dirty, high chair had food crusted on it and broken snaps and the booth seat was collapsed. Against our better judgement, we ordered the salad bar with our food. It was under stocked, not fresh and what was had the tongs/spoons laying in the food, handle and all. They seemed understaffed and our young waitress was juggling multiple tables and greeting guests, it took a little time to get her attention for silverware. About 10 minutes after ordering, we heard the kitchen call order up. The middle aged waitress went to the kitchen, came out looking at us and then just stood there not taking out food to anyone. After quite a bit of time, our food was brought out cold, mushy and absolutely disgusting. The bbq nachos was topped with what looked like American cheese sliced that cooled into a plastic like texture. The chicken was puverized into a sauce that looked like vomit. My husband's Philly cheesesteak hoagie was cooked on a dirty griddle, we both spit out our first bite and it was covered in burnt black speckles. The bathrooms were the worst ever encountered in a restaurant. The women's had poop smeared on one of the seats, the other yellow drips down the side. Piss on the floor and toilet paper strewn about - it is clear it had not been cleaned in many business days. Customer service, poor. Food, disgusting. Establishment, a disaster. I've been to many Ruby Tuesday's - this is an embarrassment to the brand. read more

After saying that I am probably foolish to order the salad bar but that's why we came here and I am nothing if not stubborn. %-) So, the salad bar is darned good and has some surprising items. Hummus, lavash, 4 different kinds of lettuce mixes, wasabi peas, a very good pasta salad with, cucumber, tomato and basil. There isn't a great deal of anything but they replenish often. This review is in regard to the some of the worst customer service not only by the store manager, but from the lack of response from the corporate office. On Sunday July 9th I visited the Ruby Tuesday location just off I-65 close to Edinburgh, Indiana. I arrive about 11:45 for lunch. After arriving it took the waitress over 5 minutes to come over and take our drink order. By the time she arrived we had already decided what we wanted so we ordered everything at that time. Approx. 10 minutes later she returned with glasses of water and said they are still working on making our mixed drinks. Another 5 minutes goes by, and she returns to the table to bring us the cheese sticks we ordered with our 2 for $24 meal deals, and still no mixed drinks. 10 minute later we have finished the cheese sticks and still no drink or meals. I was frustrated and tired of waiting along with other guests that came in and left because of the slow service. Being an honest person, I decided to just leave after eating the cheese sticks. I found the waitress and told her to cancel my order and to tell me how much I owed for the cheese sticks. Several minutes goes by and she doesn't return. So, I walked over to the bar and ask how much do I owe for the damm cheese sticks because I waited for over 30 minutes and never even received the drink we had ordered. The manager said we don't sell just the cheese sticks separately so I will charge you for something of equivalent value. I was charged $9.10 for and order of cheese sticks. So, if I do simple math in my head $24 minus $9 equals $15 or $7.50 for each meal. How in the heck did this stupid manager figure that price for an order of cheese sticks? Yeah, I emailed corporate and explained this to them and they refused to comment. I paid and left next time I am walking the hell out. That's what you get for being nice, shitty service. read more

We were traveling through the area and saw a Ruby Tuesday sign on the highway, WE HAD TO STOP. We were greeted at the door with the smiling face of the manager. She sat us down and told us all about your new menu and suggested the new Hickory Bourbon Pork Chop. I'm so glad I got this entrée, it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Props to the cooks!!! The salad bar was wonderful and well stocked, place was very clean and staff was AWESOME. Kristin, the manager was absolutely awesome, checked on us and even chatted with us about our road trip we was on. If we are ever back this way, we will definitely stop back in. read more

The food was horrible tonight. Got 2 sirloins. One was to have been cook medium and was well done. The other was to have been well done and was charred on the outside and raw inside. The kids chicken tenders were left in the fryer 2 minutes too long. Salad bar was good except the ice berg lettuce was brown on edges. Waitress was at our table 3 times without removing empty salad plates. Would not recommend. Guess that was why there was no waiting in a Saturday night. Lesson learned. read more

I work at the mall next to this location. I thought the salad bar to go would be a nice lunch. I purchased the soup and salad bar to go. After paying, I was give my box for the salad bar. I walk over I there was no lettuce, and half the toppings were empty. I paid almost $15 for this. $17 with a tip 6 waitresses were working, less then 10 tables were occupied. One of the customers I heard asking to see a manager. I heard one waitress asking were a plate was because her table had be waiting 39mins! Holy moly. This place is definitely Not manned by motivated individuals. I will not recommend any of my customers to have lunch at this location. read more

It would be very hard for me to recommend this restaurant. The one thing I can say is that the food was tasty. The afternoon service, including dining room clean up, was horrible. We sat next to a table piled high with dirty dishes and someone's gnawed rib bones for our entire meal - very unappetizing. The salad bar was fine, but restocking seemed questionable.
