It's hard to understand where the lack of control is, but I left concerned that this location may be on it's way to a closing decision within the next year. I asked the server if she was embarrassed to serve this food, and her response was that the "kitchen messes up a lot." The hickory bourbon sauce was really nice, but pretty much everything else on my hickory bourbon cheesesteak sandwich was a miss. Only 5pm and the chicken on the the "cheesesteak" sandwich was dry, so I eventually asked for more sauce. The bun was cracked, had missing chunks, and half was mostly done in its journey toward becoming a crouton. I told my server about it and she said she would take care of it. Five minutes later, they brought out a toasted bun and gave it to me. But at least they can fry a frozen tater tot properly. The salad bar... old, rusting romaine, crushed and slimy spring mix and all at a time the bar should have been refreshed (5:30). I went back to my hotel wondering how I might feel the next day. I have never seen such sloppy standards from the RT in my hometown. I have a store in Gillette and visit here periodically, but I'll probably look for something different. read more
