This location honestly should close permanently or atleast for a while until they can figure things out. Staffing is an issue, cleanliness is an issue, customer service is a huge issue. A family of 7 waited for 30 minutes ahead of us was not greeted until we went to go get help. Passes several times no one addressed them or us. Finally got someone to come and they told us they couldn't seat the 7 but they could seat the groups of 2, 2, and 1. They couldn't even split the group of 7 up just turned them away after waiting approximately 45 mins at this point. They proceeded to seat people after but the experience grew more horrific by the second. The entry point salad bar was dirty, nasty and screamed cross contamination! They went to seat us but after the experience prior to us being seating, short staff and horrible customer service we decided to not chance it. The manager was on site but nowhere we could find him to see what was going on. This was a horrible experience. read more
