I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This place is a PIGSTY. Your shoes stick to the carpet walking to your table. Our table was sticky. The other tables although empty had all the mess still under them from previous guests. The bathroom trash was overflowing onto the floor and all bathroom stalls had I flushed toilets and tp all over the floor. The salud bar was in similar condition. The food took forever and was messy and flavorless. My husband's looked like literal slop. Only my thing on our table that was worth any money was his beer. The staff.....omg.....where do I start. We stood at the door for a good 10 mins to be seated. Our waitress was pleasant but entirely untrained. The other waitress sat at a table ignoring their guests. People piled up at the door waiting to be sat and the waitress were notified of this and didn't bother to get up. Basically the entire experience was filed under NEVER AGAIN. We left $70 lighter and both my husband and I had fairly bad stomach issues before we even got home. I hope this place gets shutdown. read more

This location honestly should close permanently or atleast for a while until they can figure things out. Staffing is an issue, cleanliness is an issue, customer service is a huge issue. A family of 7 waited for 30 minutes ahead of us was not greeted until we went to go get help. Passes several times no one addressed them or us. Finally got someone to come and they told us they couldn't seat the 7 but they could seat the groups of 2, 2, and 1. They couldn't even split the group of 7 up just turned them away after waiting approximately 45 mins at this point. They proceeded to seat people after but the experience grew more horrific by the second. The entry point salad bar was dirty, nasty and screamed cross contamination! They went to seat us but after the experience prior to us being seating, short staff and horrible customer service we decided to not chance it. Just don't. I waited for 10 min at the hosts stand someone finally said be with you in a minute. 5 minutes pass spoke to the bartender she said someone will be with you soon kinda rudely. Then there is this girl wearing headphones walking around the restaurant. I have never seen that before. Not earbuds but full headphones. She ignored us. If you are going to let people wear headphones on the floor why not put a sign that says we don't care about you. Then someone else said be with you in a minute. We left 20 minutes waiting in a very slow restaurant on sat at 2 pm: how poorly managed. read more

Staff customer service, and food! We ordered a triple smasher with tots, and it came with a salad. An extra order of tots, and a baked potato with salad bar to go. We wound up with 2 undercooked potato's that were inedible, no tots, and a 1 patty burger. Called and the manager acted pissed I couldn't come back that night. Said I'd get a call the next day. Our family (of 6) and I arrived to this location for Sunday dinner when the female greeter (if that's what you want to call her) with the cornrow braids told us it would take 15 minutes for seating. Note: there was no crowd. Upon arrival we had waited almost 7 minutes before being acknowledged. After 11 minutes I went up and asked her what was her estimated time for us being seated because she was doing nothing but standing at the podium and barely greeting anyone or checking on status of our table. With an obvious attitude she replied, "I told you it would be 15 minutes and it's only been 10 minutes! It will be another 5 minutes." She then told a coworker about my inquiry and added a few smart remarks. As the coworker walked away, she looked at us and smiled. 18 minutes later- we were seated! Note: She had already seated 2 more sets of patrons before seating us (they came after we had arrived). She definitely needs so customer service training. When we were finally seated, the table was sticky (luckily I had Clorox wipes). I must say that I'm proud of myself for giving this little girl grace because her attitude was that which could have incited an altercation if it had been another person. Our server Gabby was very sweet and helpful. She's the only reason the rating I give is as high as it is. But even she was all over the place overworked and not able to give timely service. I did also ask her who the manager is because I was going to report the "hostess" experience but I learned that the manager was very new to this location so I gave extended grace. The bathrooms were filthy and OSHA violations everywhere including this dust pan obstructing a walking path in the dining areas. The red scrubber for the toilets contained soil and excrement from the toilet was under the sink where you wash your hands. According to my family who had them the ribs were good as were the fries and wings. The bourbon salmon was slightly under in the center. The grilled zucchini was mushy and wayyyy too much butter. You could also tell it was cooked on the same grill as the meats- cross contamination on deck! Oh and definitely DO NOT order the Mac and cheese! Noodles under and the gross cheese sauce used inside was definitely not for the pallet. Only sprinkles of cheese on top for a "crust." They were out of ingredients and condiments and apparently had been for a while (shrimp cocktail sauce, pork chops other meats). The best parts of our meal were the salad and the libations/cocktails. This location should definitely be on the hit list for closure. I believe Ruby has seen her last Tuesday. And I agree! Very disappointing. I decided to go to Ruby Tuesdays last night 01/15/25 @ about 7:45 for the first time in about 20 years. I wanted a salad and they used to have a great salad bar. It was not busy, almost empty so I thouhgt service would be good and fast. We were seated in the bar area, the bartender was our server. I went to the ladies room, no toliet paper** My husband ordered the seafood pasta and I ordered chicken wings, we both had salads, salad bar not cleaned up and restocked. Our server only had 2 tables that included us. Sometime past and we had not rec'd our entrees. The table behind us cashed out and the server comes to our table and asked if we waited the check (WTH). Mind you we have not rec'd our food yet, why would we pay now. Finally our food comes and its cold, pasta barely warm and wings over cooked. We informed the waiter, he took the food and we informed him we did not want it and left. No manager came and apologized, our server didn't notice we had not rec'd our food. This was a horrible exprerience, not sure if I would give them another chance. This our only local Ruby Tuesday!!! read more

I went into this location to place a to go order, the manager asked the bartender to take the order, so the bartender came over and asked what I would like. I was quite sure what I wanted i knew I wanted to get the garden bar and something else while I was trying to figure out the bartender said to me that she had other stuff to do and I told her to go ahead and I would get someone else to take my order. I personally loved the food and service. The waiter was kind and I enjoyed eating there. Dessert was great, a few kinks, some food not as pictured, the sweet tea machine was being worked on, and the silverware was not there half the time. but overall I had a great time and I was very satisfied. I should have checked Yelp before we stopped to eat there. It was dismal, from the interaction with the hostess to the food. We walked in and had to wait for the hostess to show, then her opening statement was "only three" not hello not how are you. The booth we were seated at had one side fully covered in blinding sun light. We lowered the shades ourselves. Took quite some time for Breanna our waitress to show. She was friendly and is probably very sweet but fast no, professional not. We opted for salad bar .... I wonder what the secret is to remove all flavor from everything I put on my plate. The receptionist was indifferent; did not speak loudly enough and appeared annoyed that my friend and I were there. Our waiter was on his phone ; he sauntered over at his convenience. It looked really busy when we parked so i expected a really long wait time. Got seated within 10 minutes! We didn't have anyone come to our table to take our drink order for what might've been 25 minutes, but they seemed very understaffed and quite busy with to go orders. When we were waited on, the waitress was incredibly kind and apologized for the wait. She took our order and did her absolute best the entire time! The food was delicious, the zucchini was so good that I told my husband I was going to cry lol. Visited twice in the last couple weeks. First time they brought a sandwich (photo) that should have NOT even made it out of the kitchen the way it looked...burnt to a crisp and missing half the ingredients. The cook AND the waitress should have caught that before it even made it to our table. Of course I was not going to eat it. Waitress brought me out the second one as you saw in the photo but by that time we had finished eating what we had and were ready to go. Went again the other day and played it safe and stayed with the salad bar only. Can't go wrong there. Unless it's not stocked which actually was the case. Three stars if you stay with the salad bar! IF I COULD RATE IT NO STARS I WOULD !!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, will be contacting local news and health department! Went in for dinner on August 6th and there was a bug in our food, she asked me what i wanted to do with it, I asked for a manager and i was told there wasn't one there. Food was replated except for the item that the bug was in, that was a new item. I spoke with the General Manager Amy Finney and she said she would refund me and that it would take 5-10 days and that she would also comp my next meal from them. Never received my refund so i called again and she said she sent it over again and that it would be another 5-10 days and i never received that one, spoke with a male manager this time around and he stated he sent the refund over again and it would be 5-10 days and i have yet to receive that either and the meal they offered me was still disgusting and that was on September 10. Damn near 4 months and I have received no money back or heard from any one, I just want my refund and i'm not waiting another 2 damn weeks when i was kind enough to wait 3 MONTHS, i don't want a store credit that equals my money I JUST WANT MY MONEY!!! So i will be turning over the pics and names of employees/managers I spoke with that have yet to fix my problem read more

I was so disappointed. Last week we got salads and soup from Ruby Tuesdays and it was great. This week we got the same. Cost 50+ and it was horrible. The week before the salad was separate so it didn't get soggy. This time is was all together and soggy. Came here on a Saturday around 1pm. in the midst of COVID. The restaurant is practicing social distancing, using masks and has a max capacity. Waiter had on a mask and fresh gloves and this was VERY appreciated. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. My salad was very fresh and very well mixed. My friend had a burger with fries. The burger came out incorrect the first time but the waitress promptly fixed it and brought it back out. I'm very pleased with my service at Ruby Tuesday and I would definitely come back. read more

The service was very disappointing. The manger name is Amy. She never came back to check on us even though she checked on everybody else. We waited for 1 hour before we seated. None of waitress would wait on us at all. Only one waitress came back to serve us Thank You Tim you were great. Amy I did not appreciate how you did not show us any hospitality at all, it really trigged my Grandfather PSTD. This RT is always clean. The service tends to be hit or miss. Last night, we got there about 9:00 and the salad bar was in desperate need of restocking, even on base layer items lettuce and spinach. Considering their salad bar is one of their biggest draws and they are open until 11:00 on Friday night, that's unacceptable in my book. It was not busy at all, and unfortunately I think that has a lot to do with why certain standards are not kept at this location. Either that or slack management. One other thing worth noting was the lettuce serving as a bed of garnish to our Thai Spring Roll appetizer was fresher and more crisp than the wilted lettuce on my burger. It's sad to see how far this restaurant has declined over the years. I realize staff shortages are a problem all over, however the wait times to be seated, waited on and then served is outrageous. We had a negative experience a few months ago and decided to give them another chance last night. We won't be going back. The facilities are run down, the salad bar was a mess, and it just doesn't seem clean. The food was passable but not great and the service was again terribly slow, though the server was nice. BEWARE!! We just ordered three curbside meals from the North Augusta location because we're trying to stay in South Carolina since it's a MUCH less-infected state than Georgia. We were shocked to see that not only were any of the curbside servers NOT wearing masks, one of them was actually so arrogant that she was wearing a mask, but WAS WEARING IT *UNDER* HER CHIN! She stated "it doesn't do any good anyhow". We spoke with the manager on duty who told us multiple times that "it's not required so we're leaving it up to the employee". She also stated that even the food prep employees were not wearing masks. They quite obviously don't care about the perception of their customers. My wife, our son and I are all in a high-risk group for COVID-19, so we HAVE to be extra careful. We returned our food today and will not return even AFTER the pandemic. Went there for the salad bar, left in disgust of how atrocious the service was. We walked in at 1:40 pm, so not packed at all. They had 1 waitress for each side, and no hostess. We waited for about 5 mins then a waitress told us she would be right with us. Then she walked past us 3 more times. I went into the kitchen and told the cook we had been waiting for a while. He yelled across the kitchen to the salad bar maintainer, manager, and the waitress. They came out a minute later and asked what the problem was. The waitress says "I told you I would be right with you". My wife says yeah 5 mins ago. The waitress starts to rebuttal, stops herself, looks at the manager and says "I'll let you handle this". Then the manager makes excuses on why we had to wait so long. We finally get seated and waited another 4 mins before we were acknowledged by the other waitress. Once she acknowledged us, she was exceptional(Tracy). I ordered chicken carbonara. The noodles were rubbery and the breadstick was crunchy. My wife's Philly cheesesteak was subpar. We go there mainly for the salad bar, which did not disappoint today. Management, please do better. read more
