People love the design, the quality, and even the small details; it's truly well made. I waited about a year before finally purchasing one, and it was absolutely worth it. I already can't wait to go back for another. I was originally thinking pink, but now I'm leaning toward brown so I can wear it more often. This hat is 100% worth the price; you truly get what you pay for. I genuinely look for reasons to wear it. That said, what really stood out to me, beyond the hats themselves, was the customer service. Rustler has clearly made a name for themselves, and if you're a "hat person," you know the value of one of their hats. It's definitely a keepsake. But the service was phenomenal. I've honestly never experienced customer service like this before. They don't push you to buy anything; they simply make thoughtful suggestions and emphasize that it's your hat and you should love it. That approach was refreshing and made the experience feel personal and genuine. Shoutout to Lauren for making my hat feel so special and magical. She stepped in when I was completely stuck, helped me narrow things down, and hyped me up when an idea finally clicked. Her energy and eye for detail made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back to her when I build my next one. I'll be honest...the website can be a little misleading, as there are many more charms and customization options available in person.
