On our way to Vegas and stopped by Rolberto's for lunch. I had the Carnitas plate. The meat was flavorful and had some nice crispy bits to it. Price and service was good too. My kids got McDonald's next door and totally regret not ordering at Rolberto's. We'll definitely be back when we drive through Ely again. read more
