Carnitas and consume for the tacos.

Stranded at Love's with car trouble and not wanting roller weenies, we ventured here. The young man behind the counter was helpful with the menu .... So many choices. We had the Carnitas Plate and the Quesabirrias. So delicious. Will definitely stop here again on our way thru Ely!!

We were driving to Utah and needed some gas. Whole their getting gas, we thought we'd go ahead and have some breakfast. This place is located at a Sinclair gas station, so it's a convenient location. They have a pretty big menu. I opted for their steak breakfast burrito. I personally didn't like the burrito. The one thing that threw it off was their "Fries" in the breakfast burrito. It was like undercooked sliced potatoes. The fries didn't look fried at all. It kind of seemed boiled or baked. Since we were in a hurry, I didn't bother trying to get a refund or to get it remade. If looking for some Mexican food, I'd look somewhere else.

This is a feast for the taste buds after some time in the desert! The food is delicious and fresh with a salsa bar. We had the Tres Leches cake and WOW! Portions are generous and the salsas are varied and a wonderful compliment.

Nice food, I had seafood soup and it tasted good, extensive menu choices, easy truck parking near.

Wow! Food and portion sizing were awesome. I had heard good things about the food and they were spot on. Got the nachos and fish tacos! I'm a big eater and couldn't finish it. I will definitely be back

From the salsa bar - great flavour and spicy!!!

Extremely generous portions and every part of the plate we enjoyed! Don't be scared off by the exterior. The food came fast and it was piping hot. All the sauces and the pico were fresh and spicy (which we loved).

This is Mexican fast food with a mini market. Lots of choices on the menu and daily specials. Great prices. We ordered the chicken tacos with beans and rice. Two loaded tacos, piping hot. All the required toppings. Served with delicious rice and beans. Also the large pork carnitas burrito with was the biggest burrito I've ever seen and it was not the largest on the menu. Came with a drink. There is a condiment stand with all the traditional Mexican toppings. Took half of the burrito and most of the beans and rice to go. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was piping hot, very flavorful and made to order. delicious!

Worth a visit if you're in Ely! Delicious and filling food, and salsa bar. Cozy booth seating. Clean restrooms. Ordered the mixed breakfast burrito and topped it with salsa verde and pico from the salsa bar. Staff were friendly! There's also a drive thru in case you're on the go. Photo of the steak ranchero, because in typical fashion, my tummy eats first. No photos of my food.

Yummy and fast lunch stop on our road trip. Adobado tacos were excellent. On the spicy side, so not for the faint of heart. Friendly staff.

Humongous amount of food for the money. Fresh-made to order. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was old school 'western/Mexican.'

Our non-water beverage was Athletic NA IPA. Dessert, Carrot Cake and Coffee. We split one plate and left the table feeling well-fed, not disturbingly stuffed. The pork chop was thick, tender and flavorful. The salad fresh and diverse, dressed to remind me of the former Evah's House of Steak. Brussels Sprouts, slightly steamed. dressed with balsamic vinegar. Scalloped potatoes mildly cheesy. Carrot Cake Big Slice, not over-iced or too suite. Coffee a strong Americano, steamed frothy. The Athletic was an interesting NA beer. Really Hoppy, strong pinyness, slightly bitter finish. Great choice for an occasion. May 9, 2026 - $92. Far better than dropping $50 in the slots snd having a burger later. Complimentary postcard.

The food truck is set right in the middle of the cabins that the owners also run, and the whole setup has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. There are two small patio areas where you can sit outside, rest after hiking, and enjoy the mountain air while eating something fresh and comforting. Sandra herself was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She shared parts of her story with me, a story of immigration, resilience, hard work, and success that genuinely warmed my heart. You can feel that this business was built with determination, hope, and a lot of love behind it. The food was excellent. We ordered chips and salsa, pork street tacos, and a chicken salad, and everything tasted fresh and homemade, care came through in every bite. Simple, authentic, sincere food done really well. After days of standard road-trip meals, this felt refreshing and personal in the best way. Overall, if you are in Baker after hiking or exploring Great Basin National Park, this is absolutely worth stopping for. Good food, kind people, and the kind of small business story that reminds you why local places matter.

The restaurant is located inside the hotel, but has its own walkway entrance from street side. Traditional original old school interior, has a certain charm to it, nothing fancy but clean, comfortable and plenty of space around you. This eatery is family run and operated, and the service is friendly and kind. I had several different family members wait on me or stop by my table to check on me during my meal and visit. I opted for the Chili Rellenos, a pair of beautifully prepared cheese filled rellenos with rice and beans, along with a lemonade. Served with a basket of house chips and two salsas. My entree was very good, the pablanos were nicy prepared and stuffed and breaded in a traditional manner. Flavorful and well seasoned, a solid choice if I like rellenos, this is a good plate. For my second coarse I ordered the Chicken Mole. The mole sauce was wonderful. This time I chose the corn tortillas. I had a second beer. This is a family run business which has been here since 2023.
