Does this store ever restock its shelves? No yogurt. Very few cartons of eggs. No heavy cream. The apples and onions were packaged together where the cheese was a couple of weeks ago, clear across the store from the produce section. My checker was delightful. She was quick and friendly. But the people behind me were angry that I had "too many items" even though I was in the regular line. Safeway needs to staff better--rather than expect people with more than 10 items to constantly go to the back of the line. There were workers straightening and stocking shelves but they blocked entire aisles. The pork buns in the deli were so stale I asked the man at the counter for others. He refused. I said I didn't want them. They were rock hard. He refused. I had to pay for them, but we tossed them because not only were they dry, stale, hard, and crusty, but they smelled rancid.
