A coworker and I sat at a high table in the bar area. The service there from Johnny and the other bartender was Top Notch. They had some homemade blue cheese olives for my Tito's Martini. Drinks were excellent and on time. We started with the Spicy Edamame, and I'll just say, it's pretty spicy, and I like that, but some folks might think it's a little much. We shared some appetizers: The Seared Pepper Tuna Roll that came out like a rose. It was killer, amazing flavor and presentation. The Miso Chilean Sea Bass appetizer was the feature of the night. It is possibly the best Sea Bass I've ever had. Absolutely killer. Pretty good size for two to share as well. We had a few roll recommendations and for the life of me I cannot recall the names. One had a tempura shrimp on the inside, and it was incredible. The other alternated sashimi on top, with the Salmon and Tuna alternating, and it was incredible. I would go on a vacation to Houston just to eat here. The atmosphere was excellent, the service was top notch, and the sushi and Japanese creations were some of my favorite.
