The Sake Haus has a great vibe. We have been trying to find our "go to"sushi restaurant since we moved here back in May and this is it!! The staff is wonderful and the food is amazing. Starter - Roasted Chili Edamame Nigiri Omakase - Kin (Gold) Chef's Special - Orange Blossom Maki Rolls - Bad & Buri, The Ronin, Ryujin Evening special - Toro + Brûlée Uni Born Gold Sake Otomo (Espresso Martini) The fish was fresh and the chef's creations were so flavorful, you didn't need the soy sauce or wasabi.
